Located in Fukatani spa, a 400 year old castle town on the outskirts of Kanazawa, this long established ryokan has a history of over 200 years. The brown coloured water of the hot springs is well known for its medicinal properties and there is a beautiful traditional garden with a Noh stage.
Meals are based on traditional local recipes and use local vegetables and seafood delivered fresh each morning from the nearby port of Nanao.
