Opened in December 2016, AYA Niseko is a luxury ski-in, ski-out condominium style apartment hotel. AYA offers a range of serviced apartments and studios and is located right at the base of one Niseko Grand Hirafu’s most popular ski runs, allowing fantastic access to the slopes. AYA’s 79 luxury apartments – from studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom penthouses, were designed by renowned Hokkaido architect Koichi Ishiguro. The lead-in studio apartments are well-appointed, with contemporary features and a stylish design, sleeping up to three guests in modern comfort.
