Like Sushi Saito, Sushi Iwa is a reasonably priced restaurant and offers a chance to eat some Michelin starred sushi without breaking the bank. Reservations here are often easier to get than at the currently more famous restaurants but the young chef is making a name for himself and that may well change in due course. Particularly recommended for lunch while in the Ginza area but note that there are only six seats so as always, making reservations is the way to go.
