We are a small, close-knit team, and this is reflected in the way we work: considered, hands-on, and built around decades of expertise in Japan. We judge a job well done by whether we have gone beyond what guests expect, drawing on our on-the-ground knowledge and Japan-based staff to open up options guests had not known were there.
