Lamp no Yado

A luxury rural ‘sanctuary’ retreat located on the very tip of the Noto Peninsula, Lamp no Yado sits right beside the sea overlooking its very own private beach. Every room is Japanese style and has a private bath to relax in and take in the scenery. Lamp no Yado offers traditional dishes from fresh local produce. Noto beef is a must try, as it rivals the famous Kobe beef.

This is one of the most far flung places to stay in Japan and you’ll need to be self driving or have a private transfer in order to get to the ryokan as there’s no access by public transport but its remote location provides the perfect sanctuary and escape!
