Getting Around
Thanks to its relatively small size, travelling around Japan rarely requires journeys of more than a few hours at most and generally, using the bullet trains is the best method of getting from one location to another.
Reasonably priced domestic flights using low cost carriers are also available for longer journeys and within cities using taxis or the excellent local transport systems is easily done.
